Pursuant to Article 196 (1) of the Constitution of Kenya, Section 87 of the County Government Act, 2012 and Section 131 (2) of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012, the County Assembly invites the general public, Civil Society Organizations and other stakeholders to the public participation and submission of memoranda on the Bungoma County Annual Budget Estimate FY 2025/2026 on 14th and 15th May, 2025;
